| I'm cleaning out my room, and I've stumbled upon my very first copy of PCPowerPlay, an Australian PC magazine that I bought when I was 12 years old.
It was Issue #84, published March 2003, and at the time, the recommended PC specifications for most games was 512MB RAM, a 32MB videocard and 2GB free hard drive space.
9 years ago, a 2GB stick of RAM would have cost $2500. All I owned was $40 in my wallet at the time. Now you can buy that same stick for 12 dollars.
Anyway, just sharing something nostalgic. |
