Welcome to Fitness Confessions~

This will be a blog kinda thing, yes i got Phil aka Haru's permission =P
the purpose of this "blog" is to basically motivate myself and others,
where they can post up thier fitness/exersice blog
Here you can talk about anything relating to health and fitness
so thats exersice, lifestyle and food.
we can also exchange information on exercises and food and whatnot =D



So Good luck! and try not to give into temptations,
but a reminder sometimes we do deserve rewards P:

23/11/2010 Day 1
Renewed my gym membership to another 3 months...
Contemplated if I should of renewed it to 3 months or 1.. hmmm.. well hopefully by next year feb the new gym will be finished..
anyways went and worked out for 45mins
Lucky today I did not eat anything unhealthy~ ^^V..
Goals: Next time I should try to ride my bike to the gym
need to buy a salad spinner and salads

Day 2
i didnt go to the gym today however i cleaned my room
also had to repositon stuff in my room which were heavy.
went and put out my bedding in the sun.. and like tossed it about to y'know get the "dust/whatever" off
and it killed my arms
cleaning my room felt like a work out XD
damn it my brother brought home take away so thats an unhealthy lunch i had T___T

no i havent died: just cbb to write, i guess i'll just update every week ahhaha!
This week when to the gym twice
though i wish if this week had better sunny weather i would of rode my bike there
gah i confess i did eat junk food for lunch on tuesday
and pigged out on packet of chips yesterday in the arvo nooooo
but i do resist most of my cravings

Aim: to eat smaller portion and slowly hahaha
when the whether is better i shall ride my bike there

for the past week.. i have not been to the gym D: becasue of clinicals being akwardly being at 1:30
and snice i have to get ready and such and such and me getting up late.. it has been impossible for me to go to gym
D:
however as "punishment" i would climb the stairs to my ward which is at level 5
and plus while i'm at clinicals i'm mostly standing/walking.
sncie i would usually wake up late.. i'd eat brunch ==;
during breaks i would pack my dinner, so in my sandwhich i would have in it lots of veggies
and i would do the same if i packed rice.
however over the weekend is a different story.. after eating "healthy" dinner for the weekdays, i felt like eating something greesy and so i gave in to tempation and ate a burger
nooooooo

Last week
did not go to the gym at all! ==;
so baddd
so today i went to my gym in like ages
and i realsied that it's a little crowded.. it seems that there is also people to get more fit on the holidayss
sigh.. there will probably be more people starting of next year as their new year resolustion noooo!
i liked my almost deserted gym

Lol gyms, dont need them, i have work!

At work i lift stuff, walk around showing customers where things are, test my tetris skills when packing customer purchases and also test my speed at doing all those things

family members and a close friend of mine noticed how i've become thinner, less flabby and have "buff" firm arms

all without me knowing!

sorry i have been slacking off, i have an lots of exuces

so discovering last week that i have a strong willpower,
i've been eating in smaller portions and eating more veggies
this year i have been cooking food for people and i find that as an workout as well as eating well..
Yesterday i went to the gym in ages.. *guilty*
however returning to the gym, and working out felt so refreshing!
it was a good start to the day =)

Aim for this week
to eat more fruits
and eat less sugarly foods

I went to my clinicals for a week

I went down a size in shoes! WTH???!! xD

My legs are thinner and now i have to resume on my jelly belly =.= *Sigh* I've had it for waaay to looong =(

I've avoiding soft drinks now and it's helping haha xD

My appetite has decreased quite a lot, which doesn't seem that that good... but I have to eat small portions now xD

I just wanna know what kinda exercises people would recommend for toning the tummy >.< I do sit ups and crunches... might start doing planks now.. xD

^ getting those exercise hula hoop things might work too but wow your shoe size went down? That's incredible xD

now that i have a week of no shifts, my tummy is building up fat again >.>
however my appetite has fallen due to satiation of pizza hut and kfc meals (when parents get lazy)

it could also be because of the heat, pretty hard to eat oily stuff when it's so humid!

^Eating watermelon and drinking water is good for hot weather!
I went on the treadmill for about 15 minutes and then I got a headache.
I think I was dehydrated so I drank some water and felt better~

I read somewhere that before you exercise drink at least 600ml of water to keep hydrated?

Joined the gym for 3 months. Hoping the stingy Asian inside of me will drive me to milk it for all it's worth. Starting training tomorrow to get rid of chubby gut and maybe build muscle so I can cosplay as a Tekken character other than Ganryu. Smile

Considering all the extra facilities the gym offers like those fitness classes... (comes free with membership... hmmm free... Very Happy:D)

^laziness always wins xD

In Tkd the instructors like making us do exercises that work your abdominal muscles and thighs. Stuff like sit ups, jump with your knees to your chest, jumps that go into a squat, basically a lot of jumping x_x

Exercising is more desirable when you are with others O:

^warm up exercises at the beginning of taekwondo classes was something that I always dreaded. @_@

I remember there were a few times where I cramped up in one of my toes, and it felt like hell when being forced to continue doing warm ups haha. No mercy!

Hmm i've not done much excercise in forever @.@

I want to do something interesting... I remember rock climbing has a membership thing thats cheap and at nights and I considered joining but I need people to go with I don't wanna meet new people >_<
