Waiting for more latecomers before second group draw

^.^ Tis the season of giving and sharing is caring, so we will be organising a Kris Kringle~
Basically we need a confirmation of exactly how many people will be participating in order for this event to run smoothly.
There will be a limit on price of gift.
And to the person who is buying, be sure that the receiver likes it- hints can be given/ want/ likes-dislikes list?
We will be using this randomiser to draw out names.
