| @Otoha - Yup. I can't recall which episode it is but it's the one where they need some insane amount of power so they have to harness it from all of Japan...think it's earlier in the series. Bad quality is because it was most likely not a HD video where I got it...but I didn't think it was that bad...
As for the hints...I was going to say it was a mecha series...but I thought that would be too obvious...but I guess psych is pretty obvious.
And the hints aren't that unhelpful. From the 1st one you know to ignore everything from 2000 onwards. That rules out a lot of anime already.
