AnimeSydney Xmas Party Ticket Collection Meetings

The AnimeSydney Xmas Party is fast approaching (8th December 2012) and this year, ParraNOIA will be sure to make their presence known for the rest of the anime clubs!
I want to organise a few days where members can meet up to pay for the tickets to save the expenses of time/travel when you have exams to contend with. I will be helping out with ticket sales after Monday 12th November along with Phil, Odom and Russell.

Location: EA building, ground floor, at uni (because of exams)

You can post up your exam timetables in this thread for convenience, otherwise pick an option with the polls. (will be revised for more dates)
The days listed are weekdays, unless people want to meet up on the weekend.

I've got an exam on monday the 19th, so I'll be there that day.

I will be handing over the tickets to Mishi on Monday next week, so if any of you guys are at uni then come pick yours up!

Got exams on the 21st/22nd

Maybe if enough people come to the ticket collection day, we can have a proper graduation/end of year ceremony? We didn't get to hear Richard's speech last time!!

He showed me a draft of his speech. It's good. Really good.

^haha, more of a reason to have another grad ceremony! I also want to redesign the certificates because I only had 15 minutes to put something together last time O;

Depends on when it is though. Some people may still have exams, so a grad ceremony won't fly.

My last exam is this coming Tuesday! I think I might go out to study on Monday as well, not sure atm.
