What do you love/hate about uni?

I love the Anime Club at uni? >=D

I hate having to buy expensive food at the cafeteria, and it's not even that YUMMY~ T_T

Note: I just noticed how similar this thread is to Bluna's "love/hate it when..." thread. Oh well~ D=

Aww that is so nice, me too! And I love going to uni because of the anime club!

I hate how it is so far away from everything, especially my city friends...

what i hate about uni is to get to class by 9..

what i love about uni is freedom (sort of)

Yeah, I hate having to wake up 3 hours before my class because of annoying public transport...

But I do love the fact that we have sheep and lambies (which we had to vaccinate, mark, dock, castrate, drench, tackle to the floor and clean their hooves the other day) and cattle and calves and 2 geeky alpacas and a rat and mouse house and 50+ Children's Pythons and 1 BIG Olive Python and a Frilled-neck Lizard (which goes berserk whenever you get close) and cheap trips to Taronga and Featherdale and Aus Reptile Park. (That's the animal side.) And I like how I meet my friends there every day, and how there's free internet. And there's access to CHOCOLATE. Every day.

But I hate BIOMETRY. Biometry can go die. And I always turn out like an icecube after I'm in the computer labs. >.<

Hahahahaa It's fun. They call it learning but we all know they're just using us as slave labour. I don't really mind ^^
Although, this also means that I'm not at Parra campus. So I can't attend meetings and actually SEE you people. T-T

i hate take public transport to school, stupit school kiddies on the bus with their GINORMOUS bags

I hate the long travel to or from uni, how places like the library are crowded around 12pm, weekend exams and group work.. since i don't really get along with people..

i like.. being able to buy stationery in uni..? and maybe how classes are shorter than the ones i had back at tafe..

I hate it how nursing does not have any group assignments and they make us do useless assignments like ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY! I mean WTF! >.<

I love uni that everyone are practically adults and are mature, which means none of that annoying mark-comparing (to a degree).

Hate the lack of parking on South and having to drive for 30 minutes or more (the reason I picked Para was that it was the closest and for highschool it took me like 1minute), also the annoying secuirity guards who's sole job is the lurk in the library destroying any and all forms of fun, also I hate that silent room in library where if you sneeze everyone looks at you like you set off fireworks in the room.

Things I like........... lack of research assignments (less long nights the day before its due), semi-decent food sold on campus, enter and leave whenever you want!

what i hate about uni, is that i am going to changed my password for the 3rd tim already this year... so hard to make up passwords!

What do I love?
Not having to wear uniforms - after 13 years of it, it's really cool.
Not actually having to go to lectures - because I don't
The mangaka + anime club (of course I have to mention you guys, even if I'm only new)
Watching anime in the EB SCM labs - you don't get the tech guys around much so there's hardly anyone telling you to get off YouTube or stuff...got caught out in EA last year

I just wore the clothes I already owned before I started uni. ^_^ No need to buy more stuff...

(Okay - I did get a couple of new tops on holiday - but hey, it was cheap!)

i hate about uni is the amount of printing and wasting of ink...
ink is expenisve >=O

^That's one of my sole reasons as to why I try not to print out lecture notes these days (I know, bad). But hey... someone has to save the trees and ink, right? =D

What I love about uni is... that the Riverbar sells two bottles of water for the price of $3?!

I guess I hate traveling to and from uni during non-peak hour since it takes like an eternity to get home.
