| Yeah, it's easier to catch pokemon with the walker since the battling is simplified but there is a higher chance that it would flee before you chuck a pokeball at it. | |

| @Taicho: Pokewalker battle works like this:
Opponent can :Attack, evade or Run
You can: Attack, evade or capture
If you attack and they attack both take 1dammage
If you attack they run you get a critical hit (2dammage)
If you attack they evade you take 1dammage
If you evade and they attack they take 1dammage
If you evade and they evade its a stare-down
If you evade they run then they escape
And when you try to catch if they have 4HP = 95% it fails, 3HP= 75% fail, 2HP = 50% fail, 1HP = 30% fail, if it fails then they will escape
So aslong as you don't pick dodge the pokemon can't run away ^^ | |
