Dieting for summer?

.. working out is making me more hungry T______T""""""
anyhow.. lately i dont crave for anything since when i feel like something.. i eat.. and get sick of it pretty quickly xD
Soft drinks gives me weird fizzes in my stomach now so i cant really handle them as much..
as a replacement for soft drinks (at home usually).. i now drink the sparkling juices like appletisers.. they contain 99% apple juice so yeah =)

pity they upset my stomach the same way champagne does X.X

Hahaha tis I don't drink alcohol XD
but yeah.. Can't have too much of the sparkling juice either since makes my stomach fizz

lately ive been running on the treadmill alot and running around my park
my physical appearance is the same
my appetite gets bigger and i get more hungry between intervals
but yeah.. i feel somewhat fitter
despite i always say im tired due to lack of sleep

i have started to exercise again~ YAY~ good on me for starting exercising!! ^_^

the weather is soooo hot lately.. im getting lazy to run on the treadmill..
burning calories/carbs naturally from this heat -__-"
.. thats a lie.. sadly doesnt work like that T_T"

One of my few new year resolutions was to jog everyday to burn the fat in my thighs. Instead, I have been sitting on the couch, watching tele while trying to trick myself that consuming an abundance of ice-blocks will get me into shape. Ho ho~

I really should be swimming a minimum of 10 laps at the pool. Swimming actually makes me look more tanned and actually gets rid of some fat around my waist =O!! But then... There's my ds... And trauma centre makes me work up a bit of sweat (the cold kind)... Stupid boss savato...

You know maybe it's best to start an exercise group, people often do more in the presence of other people rather than stay at home by themselves.

swimming apparently doesnt lose your lovehandles or the fat around the waist.. it tones the arms and legs and abit on the body.. hahaha BUT! you could get taller from swimming like you wanted to 8D
if you wanna lose love handles.. it involves doing the stretches and the exercises..
i'll ask my cousin how and i'll explain it here =)

even though~ summer is about the end~ and start of autumn~
dieting is awesome~
just joined a gym~ in blacktown~ now i can lose weight~ >3

i thought getting rid of love handles was just about getting as much exercise as possible. its just about lowering your body fat so these ugly fat pockets arent everywhere.

over the last few weeks ive implemented an exercise regime which involves 40-45 minutes on the exercise bike at least every 2 days, every day if i have the time. it times perfectly with episodes of house or man vs wild, or 2 episodes of half hour shows. and every day before i go to sleep i do a few sets of sit-ups, push-ups and curls. i can definitely notice it having an effect!

go get a dog, then forced to walk it everyday 8D
