i didnt know clouds moved until i was 8
i didnt know that the earth was on an axis until i was 12

the japanese ripped off the chinese characters and made them simpler. when i was doing japanese all the chinese guys in my class never had to study kanji because they knew them all >.< but sometimes they got them wrong because they differed by either the stroke order or by a single line to the chinese characters, and our teacher took great pleasure in correcting them.

I learnt that jurors who hold biased/strong opinions of justice are more likely to declare the defendant guilty and not consider all the facts and evidence. That means that maybe they should implement a system that all cases should analyse the members of the jury to make sure that they don't have any preconceived opinions that can affect the ruling <--- they already do this in cases related to celebrities where they determine jurors on how much media were they exposed to about the trial.
