4. One account per person - so don't bother creating more than one account, or heads will roll.

Avatar and signature rules: the maximum size for forum avatars are 100x100 pixels - you can't go over this limit or the forum won't accept it. As for signatures, the recommended size is 500x150 pixels.
Basically, this is the place for forum games and activities! GO NUTS~
