NaNoWriMo Attempt 2011!

NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month = Try and write a 50k word story within the month of November.

I don't know what my story will be about or its title or very much of anything because I'm kind of winging it, so here you can read as it comes out.

Prologue:
Time seemed to slow when the collapse happened. Erik hung in the air helpless, having been flung off his feet by the explosion, and he could see ripples in the air where the shockwaves were walking past and laying waste and destruction to whatever they touched. Other scientists were trapped similarly. Randell had been lacerated with shards of glass suspended around him, and Erik wanted to cringe away when he saw that one particularly sharp piece was directly aimed at his eye. He was saved when another white blur came hurtling between them, blocking his view, but that moment of respite was much too brief. Wait, what? That one had been right next to the machine when it went off, so they’d be thrown harder but still, that blur had been way too fast. Erik noticed then that not everyone was trapped like him. There were patches of speed around the room. A clipboard spontaneously sped up only to be slowed down again a few metres further. A mug was trapped frozen on the edge of a slow patch, the coffee that was inside it had long since gone ahead to make a spectacular slow motion splash on the wall. Well, we wanted to mess with time and space and it looks like we succeeded. At least I won’t die pointlessly.He felt a tug on his outstretched arm, and looked on in horror as it began to speed up away from him, stretching, pulling. At first, Erik thought it would stretch, until the tugging feeling turned to pain, the two time zones ripping his limb away from his body. He wanted to scream in agony, but neither his lungs nor his mouth could move to obey. When his arm was finally torn off flung away, Erik blacked out.

So what do we post? Our novel once we finnish or post parts of the novel every week? If it werent for exams soon I would tottaly do this but i dont need any more help procrastinating >_<

Well I plan on posting an update whenever I manage to add in a bit more to the story. Warning you guys now: I will verrryy likely not finish xD

Here's my lame blurb:

Some people on this planet, are not meant to live for a long time.
It was the creator's decision to include sickness and death to juxtapose life and establish finality.
Is it abnormal for a teenage girl to think deeply on this topic?
Is this reasoning justified because she is terminally ill, to the point that it is a miracle she is still standing and walking?
To her, Chiarasu Toya has lived too long, suffered too long and is cursing everyday she wakes up.
In this twisted fate, her life is saved by a werewolf- on a whim and becomes familiar with the supernatural mirror side, as Chiarasu remains in the care of the Awashime Reservoir Memorial Hospital. Yet nothing is as it seems, and the normal life Chiarasu has forever longed for, has an unexpected twist.
