=== I. Introduction (Appetizer) ===From the creators who brought you "Drawings Anyone?" and "Wishlist 2011", full_metal_hiroshima production presents yet another RP.Sup guys, hiroshima_X here (or hiro for short) bringing to you guys Ben-to RP: Taking Ben-to Meals to the Next Level. It's been a while since I've RP'd and I'm a way too rusty. Even though I tried to start a One Piece RP before on the thread, I feel that I was completely plagiarizing the creator's work entirely and felt really bad about it. And besides the guilt, I've also felt that it was already complete and didn't need to be revived at all. You know, it's one of those "drop it and leave it alone" things. Not to mention, not everyone on the forum (my assumptions here) watches or reads One Piece to grasp the basic understanding of the world and it's mechanics.
So yeah, my inspiration for bringing about this RP is simple. Read the prologue, Ben-to: Road to Witch manga over at mangareader, and was intrigued about the premises. I, then, checked out the anime and realized that the whole series had won me over after half an episode of Episode 1. People fighting over half-priced ben-tos at the supermarket? Sounds like it's an easy setting for an RP right?
Also, I'm pretty sure people follow here on the forum since most of our members are in tune with the new anime for this season. So heck, why not create it?
For those who are interested in Ben-to, please join the RP. For those who are unfamiliar with the series yet have an interest in participating in RP, please read on!
=== II. What's Ben-to? (Entree) ===Ben-to is a light novel series, created by the writer Asaura and the illustrator Kaito Shibano. The manga, Ben-to: Road to Witch, came out in Febraury 2008 and was released under Shueisha as of July 2011. The anime for the series began it's production under David Production and began airing in October 2011.
The plot revolves around Yo Sato, the main protagonist, who was drawn into the world of fighting over ben-to when he innocently reached out for a half-priced bento only to get his taint handed to him by the Ice Witch. Waking up on the supermarket floor, he soon learns that attaining a half-priced bento meal means having to be drawn into a all-out battle frenzy with other bento-craving students.
Still getting his taint handed to him yet again by the Ice Witch, he receives an invitation by her to join the Half-Priced Food Lovers Club in order to be trained so that he may be able to compete in these kind of events. Also the Ice Witch's real name is Sen Yarizui (the girl in the image above).
If Ben-to could be summarized in just a few words, it's basically people fighting over half-priced ben-to.
=== III. Rules and Terminologies (Lighter Course) ===Now we move onto the lighter course of the meal, Rules and Terminologies. The rules are simple:
1. Respect everyone and all those who are participating in his RP. Do not attempt to 'force' or 'bully' a writer to do simple and quick paragraph for the sake of moving the story along. The writers will write when they can. Please bear some patience about this.
2. All writing must be in novel format. No script writing please as they will not be accepted.
3. Pretty sure everyone's aware of the Mary Sue or Gary Stu policy. They tend to irritate writers when it comes to their perfection to the point where's it's no fun to RP.
4. If you have any ideas that you want to implement in the RP, I'd ask that you run it through me. PM me on the forum or via the chatbox on the main forum page.
5. All discussion takes place here in this topic. Should anything be discussed by other means of communication that directly affects the other writers, I must ask that any outcome be presented here.
6. Have fun.

And now we get a run-through of the
terminologies. Don't worry, there's only a limited amount of definitions here and these vocabulary will be used frequently in the RP. Make sure to brush up on them first so that you get the general idea.
God of Discounts: A employee, employer or proprietor of the store. The ones who discounts the bento meals and the ones who help those who have injured in the aftermath of the brawl.
Wolves: The main brawlers when it comes to fighting over half-priced bento meals. Wolves have honor and respect to one another and the God of Discounts. They do not strike at the ben-to boxes when the God of Discount is placing the discount tags on the box nor do there cause any trouble when the God of Discounts is within the vicinity. Once the God of Discounts has vacanted the premises, all chaos ensue as the brawlers fight amongst themselves in an effort to attain the half-priced bento meals. However, once a wolf grabs a bento meal, they cannot be attacked by others.
Wolves dislike dishonorable methods and will not tolerate them such as the Pigs/Boars. Wolves tend to hunt and fight alone but may train others in order for their students to compete in battle.
Dogs: If the wolves are considered pros, then dogs are considered as nubs in MMORPG terms. Unaware of how the mechanics of the battle works and are usually taken out pretty easily. Dogs may also refer to those who are non-combatants.
Gundogs: Above dogs but a rank below wolves, they are the one who work in groups to attain half-priced bentos.
Pigs/Boars: MMORPG terms, they would be the hackers or the cheaters. The lowest of the low. Pigs/Boars use underhanded tricks and are disliked by the wolves. Tricks such as harassing the God of Discount into marking down the bento boxes or hording every single bento that's for sale are some of the common action these people use. Not really fair, right?
And there you have it, the terminologies that's expected to be in the RP.
