Should we hold the secret santa event at a restaurant again like a couple of years back? It was the... $10 all you can eat Korean Buffet I think.

Your thoughts? Maybe we can eat at Pepper Lunch or have a picnic at Hyde park. O:

If it's a Korean Buffet, do not go to the one called Shinara. That's buffet has one of the worse customer service there and the food isn't that great over there.

Not to mention, if there's any leftovers, they charge an additional $24 per person. And it's expensive as it is already.

^haha yeah! We're definitely avoiding places with hidden surcharges. I remember Russ, me and a few others were hiding the food we couldn't finish just to escape that ridiculous fee Dx

lol yeah and someone took a MAAAASSIVE pile of rice without realising and we had to try share all that rice between everyone, their food wasn't very good either... better to go pepper lunch!

LOL! that's so true. usually i'd chomp down on the chicken wings at any restaurant but i only ate 2 on that day.

^Yeah I made the wheel with the purpose of some lucky people getting more than one present, and if someone riggs it in their favour *cough* then no one has the right to complain

Well you don't need to buy the person a present. You could give them a coupon or something like that.

E.g. 1 free meal shout by "insert person name"... now that I think about it, that's a nice coupon idea there!

Mnn... How about we move the day to a weekend so the markets are open & can get cheap & creative gifts...

And instead of having names on a wheel of fortune, we put adjectives like: 'Red, unique, gag gift, cute'.
That way, we pick names out of a hat & use the the wheel as a guide for what kind of gift to buy.

It makes things a bit challenging, but interesting. Like a skewed treasure hunt.
Plus it makes things fair.

And if we do it on a weekend, there are more options open.

Hmm well i think people are busy on weekends and do markets exist on weekdays? I thought Tuesday was a good day but Sunday is fine, confirmation of a day would be good...

Secret Santa and ice skating decided to fuse on WEDNESDAY [11/1/12]

When:11:30
Where: Maquarie Megaplex Shopping Centre- Outside the ice skating place

Then we'll have plenty of time to shop, skate and bask in each others awesomeness ^-^

To participate, just feel free to attend, and if you just want to skate, but skip out on buying a present, that's fine too.

If this option doesn't work out, leave your comments below and we'll all try figure something out~
