Club Meetings 2012- Autumn Semester

Club room bookings have been finalised and unfortunately we cannot take the EB.3.33 room officially as of this email:

I didn't even apply for a room in EA -.-" but at least, with this schedule, it is certain that the room won't be taken during club meeting times (unless there is an error.)

As for housekeeping, it's general info like fixing up the chairs and tables, not defacing property and tidying up any rubbish.

Hmm...so where are we from 11-13 then? Do we just hijack a room for those two hours then relocate at 1?

So do we have any activities from 11am-1pm? I have class from 1pm-3.30pm?

^ And I was hoping that I'd be able to bring noodles again sometimes. Looks like I'll have to cook them at home now and bring them in me container -_-

We could check the room first, if people don't like it then we'll move back to EB 3.33.

EA.2.03 has a good view as well, if im not mistaken its the corner room which is used for workshops. If this is correct it has the capacity to hold 45 students, its not that much different from EB.3.33

Looks like I don't have to come early any more (even though I only did once) 8D

So does that mean the meetings aren't starting until 1? Or are we still meeting at 11 and migrating to the new room?

now that ive seen the registered club room, i vote that we move over to that room at 1pm next week. [EA.2.14] i think

Actually, EA.2.03 is not bad, it has wire for laptop and DVD player as well. Room is not too small or too big, probably we can't play ball in there. I like it
