There was nothing bad or the needles didn't hurt? I've always been scared of needles @_@ I'm currently feeling sick x-x Hoping that I'll get better for the Cherry Blossom Festival on Sunday. Y'all invited! The event is on Facebook.

Needles don't really hurt. You just feel a pinching sensation.

well ofcourse it does hurt when the needle is inserted, but while the blood is being drained, it just feels uncomfortable, they take only about 470g and it takes 10-15 mins, really easy.

it's best not to look at the needle really, cause y'know human's brain would instantly think pain.
but if your afraid of needles../ i dont think it's be wise for you psychological part.. haha >__<
i'm kinda wierd i like the sensation of blood being drained out
like when i had to do blood test

@Shin: I should donate one day....whenever the Red Cross bus rolls around at uni, it's always too full! @.@

the blood donation place is really near rosehill racecourse. it's like where that hooters, kfc Bp place is insitued.

Abit dissapointed.. i just saw my transitional graduate nursing clinilca placement. and it seems i have been placed at Westmead.. not sure what ward it is i think it's day surgery..?. which was my last choice...
but then i should be glad i got a spot within the time frame rather being deferred and have to do placement on the holiday, hence get to gradute earlier..

but still.. D:

Is Westmead close to where you live?
Does anyone know what courses get to graduate in December? Because my family keeps bugging me to check my clinical placement days and they want to go to China earlier.
(glad I didn't get deferred either!)
I'm kinda wishing to graduate in April so we can get cheaper airfares!
Day surgery? - probably have to do a lot of same-day admissions and discharges with minor procedures like laparoscopic colonoscopies maybe?

@Shin: I got into the Children's Hospital at Westmead- Clancy ward for renal and metabolic disorders. ^.^" surprised because I thought more people would pick it (first choice).

Sad T^T" I hate children/young adult books that are depressing....
