Lol I think the first Japanese word I learnt was konnichiwa (but that was from everywhere..) but first properly learned Japanese word was ohayou!

Hmm, can't remember if the first word I learnt was omae or baka (from watching subs obviously, I just listened for repeating words and worked out what they meant)
