Weekdays please, also avoid the 7th and 15th of Feb please (one is a wedding the other is my Bday), I also work Thur, Fri, Sat... I think Monday is the best day to hold it because I don't think that anyone here works on a Monday, (Gaga works Wed,Tue and Sun i think)

Pamplets hey? But we should get the helpers to dress up and wait at the area! A random box is next to them, which has the task to do, then the helper gives out the other leaflet when you have successfully completed the task!

Are we going to put flag-like indicators in certain places as well?
No way can we get a box and leave it out in the middle of the place, with no one to guard it!

lol I'd be worried less about the box being stolen and more about a suspected bomb threat resulting in Haru getting arrested (because Haru's the only one here that looks like a terrorist...) But seriously I'm worried about getting lost, I hope someone on my team knows directions (I once got lost inside Myer)

I think we should allow you to pick who is going to be in your team! Or else it is no fair partnering up with someone you don't like! I'm not that mean!

Hahaha you'll be in groups and you guys make the groups. Amounb of people per group will depend on the amount of people attending
About the helpers mentioned, it's great to have some just that I'm not sure if here will enough people to help and participate if you know what I mean.. After the poll and the confirmed date.. I'll be asking if people will be attending and will update the list on the first post

Are you sure Dannieh? The last poll allowed multiple selections, but this one allows only one, I cancelled my vote and it removed two votes so I have no idea how your tracking it (and what about people that cancel then vote for the same day, you won't be able to track that)
