@Krill: I agree with you....wouldn't you feel guilty if you didn't at least chip in? Well I would. Maybe expect the guy to pay for the first date but then later outings, pay for yourself.

I dunno about other people but personally I'd rather the girl NOT laugh if the joke is unfunny. As for the who pays I think that if the guy picks the place to eat (most likely Mcdonalds, lol) then he could pay for her but if she picks (most likely somewhere expensive) then pay for your own.

LOL!.. i think overall.. you shouldnt talk about yourself too much and your life when you're with your partner.. especially when it relates to your friends.. makes it awkward like friends are better than your partner (in most cases i think they are for a while)
but yeah.. avoid awkwardness i say.. its hard to get clicking together again..

About the paying.. i totally agree.. then again.. im the type that goes 'oh no.. dw about it'

Ahhhahaha reminds me of the time they sold those impulse deodorant (did i spell it wrong?) and there was this berry crush thing, container was purply pink, really dark. Anyway! Apparently most guys absolutely hated that smell except for one who didnt mind it but didnt like it either.
So yeah it ended up as a defensive weapon against guys xD ah when i was young...

Oh right so the moral of the story is sharp fruity smells is a no no
