I figured out a shuffling system where I will place the bags in the middle, and everyone goes around, trying to find the name of the receiver with the tag inside the brown paper bag. Once you have found your person's bag, you can put the present in, take the tag outside of the bag and place it back into the middle, ready to be reshuffled. If your present is too big, you can take the name tag out and put it on your wrapped gift.
