4 meals if i wake up on time (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, dinner)
2 if i wake up at 12 (lunch, dinner)
=.= that's not including dessert and all sorts of junky stuff i eat during the day... eh yeah i'm pretty unhealthy but whatevs

depends on how serious the accident is and if there are other people helping and depends where i am from the accident
if i am close and there are some(less) or even none people around to help.. then yes.. also the accident should be serious.. if its just a fall.. id probably watch and stare D=
