Dieting for summer?

-.- I hate big dinners...
And fruit never seems to fill me up.

i love chocolates~ i wish they had less calories T.T sigh~

Hmmmm what i propose to do is eat whatever i want bit then exercise after!!!! But that plan will probably work for another 10hrs...

don't exercise STRAIGHT after you eat.. since you need to let the food go down and digest
then you work it off ^_^ (warning.. you may get hungry again)
SHALL START EXERCISING AGAIN since special holiday events are over...

gah but it's all too troublesome i envy the people with fast metabolism...

i envy ppl with fast metabolism as well~ and the damn naturally skinny ppl

i prefer exercising b4 i eat like as soon as i wake up b4 breakie

hahaha there's pros and cons for either whether you eat first then exercise and vice versa
if you exercise before eating.. make sure you have some energy from food then exercise and burn them off as well..
about waking up and exercising straight away o.o?
brekkie is suppose to be your energy food for the day hahaha
so i guess its better to eat brekkie then work out
some people don't realise the difference in amount you work off and eat
of course the eating amount is larger since your body wants food for energy
so you eat more
Overall.. everything is pretty much about balance
eat the correct food and a good amount of exercise
alot of people and i mean ALOT of people.. tends to restrict themselves from 'junk food'
its alright to have once in a while.. because if you restrict yourself
you're gonna crave for it
and when you eat it.. you're gonna eat alot due to all those cravings
hahaha

so i only end up eating little breaky and so on throughout the day..

Wooooow that's a good essay! Haha i say "ok ok no chocolate for me today" "hmm ok just one...." omg!!!! That's why i crave it!!!!

chocolate is hard to ignore~! it looks so tasty! =o

Starting of this year, i have been
eating 3 meals a day, eating slowly and conciously
Drink before eating, and can drink after 20mins after a meal
And cant eat anything past 7 or latest 8.
i dunno how its going.. got no scale at home =/

I've stopped snacking again and my parents try to make me eat more fruit..<.<
I keep forgetting to drink water.
But sometimes I go outside the water the garden/vegie patch. (carries 9-10L watering can)

@boss : beware and be careful about carrying the watercan.. because you dont want muscles in unwanted places.. also if you're struggling to carry it.. it could affect your posture =\

Get a smaller watering can >.< i'm worried about the strain it might cause on your back!

For some reason my appetite has gone down and i eat 2/3 of what i used to eat each meal...

im more hungrier T.T
thinking of doing some detox again..

@danny and Anna: Seriously, I'm used to the weight now. ^.^ I can carry a 10kg rice bag with no problems! And heaps of groceries! Don't worry, I always remember to bend my knees and not strain my back.

starting a vegie diet~ and lots of water~ from tomorrow! must lose weight!!!

hahaha its not that boss.. im just afraid about having muscles in weird places especially on the arms.. since its not an even weight distribution =\..

ouchie muscle aches are the worst had one on my thighs and it killed me for few days T.T

But doesnt smaller capacity mean more trips to and fro?

That was what I thought~ And it is kinda pointless if you are watering with only a little bit, because you won't know if you have watered enough for one spot.
