It's hard to tell because of the lighting - but is that Kuga Aki from Kamisama Dolls? (I was looking at the VA roles for Ryohei Kimura on MAL and the hair colour in the image on MAL looks a bit similar to the one up there.)

lol well your clue was somewhat wrong as the game spawned the anime not the other way around >_<, seeing Computers I immediately thought of pokemon first movie since the rest don't have any
